Run Soror Run.....

I am honored to run for the position of International Graduate Director within our esteemed organization. As a dedicated member and passionate advocate for the values and mission of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., I am eager to take on the responsibilities and challenges that come with this role. My personal journey, experiences, and unwavering commitment to the sorority make me a strong candidate for this position.

My journey with Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. began in 1993 when I knew that I wanted to be actively involved in the organization's leadership. Through networking and working shoulder to shoulder with sorors across all our great regions, I have developed an understanding of the unique needs and aspirations of our graduate members.

As a passionate advocate for inclusivity and diversity with over 20+ years leading diversity and other HR initiatives in blue chip organizations, one of my key initiatives as International Graduate Director will be to ensure all members feel valued and heard. Furthermore, I am dedicated to promoting a culture of lifelong learning and mentorship. I believe that education is a cornerstone of empowerment, and I will work to provide an active network in which our graduate members can expand their knowledge and skills. I have a strong career in leading HR in many organizations because of the mentorship I received from Crystal Doves, Life Members, and many elected and appointed officers over the years. I believe this is a key differentiator for our organization and I want to lean in.

Advocating for the well-being of our graduate members is another central aspect of my candidacy. In today's fast-paced world, balancing the demands of life, career, motherhood, black womanhood, and sorority involvement can be challenging. As International Graduate Director, I will strive to provide resources and support to help our members navigate these challenges, promoting mental and emotional well-being.

As a naturalized citizen in America, I also recognize the importance of fostering a global perspective within our graduate chapters. I want to continue to promote international awareness and engagement.

In closing, I am deeply committed to serving our graduate members, advocating for their needs, and advancing the values and mission of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated. I believe that my experience, dedication, and vision make me the ideal candidate for the role of International Graduate Director. I am excited about the opportunity to lead, inspire, and work collaboratively with our graduate members to elevate our organization to finer heights.

I ask for your support and trust in my candidacy to connect the voices of our sister for local impact!
